Jeff grew up in Winnipeg, MB where he enjoyed playing football and rugby to eventually becoming captain of his high school rugby team. He attended Red River College and took Business Administration with a major in Management. Jeff joined RBC Royal Bank in 1991, working in various roles and divisions across Canada and mostly in northern communities. With RBC, he is now the Regional Vice-President for North of 60 overseeing the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. Having lived in a variety of communities, he knows and understands the importance of giving back to the community. Over the years he has volunteered with a variety of organizations, including the MS Society, Kinsmen Club, Ducks Unlimited, Chamber of Commerce, and Minor Baseball. Since moving to Yellowknife in April 2012, Jeff has become an active member of the Rotary Club of Yellowknife, the United Way NWT, the Canadian Chamber Territorial Policy Committee and the Conference Board of Canada Centre of the North as well as sitting on the board of directors for the Stanton Territorial Hospital Foundation since 2012.
